Volunteer responsibilities: As a volunteer, your responsibilities will mainly include making calls during the event and asking your closest friends, colleagues, family, and peers to support the cause. We'll provide you with sample scripts to use, and talk through strategies for making these calls feel more natural. You'll also stay plugged into/ on track with the communications we send out leading up to the event to help keep volunteers organized and prepared for the night.
You'll have the option of participating in person at Cafe407 or from home. However, we would love to have a high in-person turnout as we foresee the energy being high, which could help us generate even more support for Ophelia's Place!
